Effective Date: October 8, 2026

Last Updated: October 8, 2026

Welcome to Laurel Spring. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Laurel Spring website, online forms, scheduling tools, communications, and related online resources.

Laurel Spring is a trade name of Mulberry Enterprises Inc. ("Laurel Spring," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our website or online services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and its online services.

These Terms apply to website and online-service use. Any separate written agreement for bookkeeping, financial advisory, fractional CFO, or other professional services will govern those services. If there is a conflict, the signed service agreement will control for the services it covers.

1. Use of Our Website

The Laurel Spring website is intended to provide information about our services and help churches, Christian nonprofits, and other prospective clients learn about our approach to financial stewardship and advisory services.

You agree to use our website and online resources only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, or accounts.

  • Interfere with the security or operation of our website.

  • Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or malicious information.

  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful material.

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute protected website content without authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to restrict access to our online services when reasonably necessary to protect our systems, users, or business operations.

2. Educational and Informational Purposes

Information provided through the Laurel Spring website, videos, articles, presentations, and other publicly available resources is intended for general educational and informational purposes.

Although we strive to provide accurate and useful information, website content does not constitute individualized accounting, tax, legal, investment, or financial advice.

Financial decisions should be evaluated based on each organization's circumstances, applicable laws, governing documents, and professional guidance.

Submitting an application, scheduling a Financial Clarity Call, or communicating with Laurel Spring does not, by itself, establish a professional advisory or client relationship.

A professional engagement begins only when the parties have entered into an appropriate written service agreement.

3. Financial Clarity Applications and Appointments

Laurel Spring offers online applications and appointment scheduling to help prospective clients explore whether our services may be appropriate for their organizations.

By submitting an application, you represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to submit information on behalf of the organization identified.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into Kingdom Stewardship Advisory™ or any other Laurel Spring service.

Laurel Spring reserves the right to determine whether a prospective engagement is appropriate based on organizational needs, available resources, professional qualifications, potential conflicts of interest, and other relevant considerations.

Financial Clarity Calls are intended to discuss an organization's needs and potential next steps. They do not create a professional advisory relationship unless a separate written agreement is executed.

We may reschedule or cancel appointments when reasonably necessary and will endeavor to provide appropriate notice.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the content available on the Laurel Spring website, including text, graphics, logos, videos, designs, educational materials, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Mulberry Enterprises Inc., doing business as Laurel Spring, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Laurel Spring name, logo, branding, and Kingdom Stewardship Advisory™ program materials may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.

You may view, download, or print website materials for personal, internal organizational, and noncommercial informational purposes, provided you do not remove copyright notices or other ownership information.

No provision of these Terms transfers ownership of Laurel Spring's intellectual property to website visitors or prospective clients.

Any rights to materials, reports, templates, or deliverables provided under a separate professional services agreement will be governed by that agreement.

6. Results, Testimonials, and Financial Outcomes

Laurel Spring may present examples, testimonials, case studies, or illustrations describing potential financial improvements, operational efficiencies, cash-flow strategies, fundraising improvements, or organizational outcomes.

Actual outcomes depend on numerous factors, including an organization's financial condition, leadership decisions, available resources, implementation, economic circumstances, and other variables beyond Laurel Spring's control.

Past performance, examples, or illustrative results do not guarantee that another organization will experience similar outcomes.

Any satisfaction guarantee or service commitment offered through Kingdom Stewardship Advisory™ or another Laurel Spring engagement is subject to the specific terms of the applicable written service agreement.

Website descriptions of guarantees do not replace or modify the terms of a signed professional services agreement.

7. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Laurel Spring website may contain links to third-party websites, software platforms, payment processors, scheduling tools, and other external services.

These third-party services operate independently and may have their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

We encourage visitors to review the applicable terms and privacy policies before using third-party services or submitting personal information.

Our use of third-party technology providers does not eliminate any responsibilities Laurel Spring may have under applicable law or its written client agreements.

However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its publicly available content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

We do not guarantee that information presented on the website will be complete, current, or suitable for every organization's circumstances.

Nothing in this section limits any express obligations established under a separate written professional services agreement or any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mulberry Enterprises Inc., doing business as Laurel Spring, and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, and authorized service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Laurel Spring website or its general informational content.

This limitation applies to claims involving website interruptions, technical errors, reliance on general website information, or unauthorized interference with website operations, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

These limitations do not apply to professional services governed by a separate written engagement agreement, except to the extent expressly provided in that agreement and permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
